SHIPPING POLICY

Heels N Spurs tries to ship all product same day when we are able to, excluding weekends. The maximum number of days it will take to ship an item is 3 days. We ship via UPS with $7.99 flat rate shipping across the US. Expedited shipping is available for a flat rate of $25.

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Return Policy.


Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS~

ALL RETURNS MUST PAY A $5 RESTOCKING FEE PER ITEM! 

No returns accepted on SALE items and no returns accepted on jewelry! NO returns on hats and blankets! 

NO RETURNS ACCEPTED ON PURSES, WALLETS, or COSMETIC BAGS.

NO RETURNS ACCEPTED ON BELTS THAT ARE ONE-SIZE fits all.

NO RETURNS ON ANY HOME DECOR ITEMS!! 

NO RETURNS ON ITEMS PURCHASED USING A DISCOUNT CODE OF 20% AND OVER!

RETURNS- The merchandise must be RECEIVED at the address below within 10 CALENDAR days of the confirmed delivery date. We strongly recommend you also use a delivery confirmation receipt when returning item(s) so you have proof of shipping. If you have fragile items, you will want to consider insurance as well. It is your responsibility to get the return items back to us in NEW condition. Upon inspection and verification of time frame, we will issue a refund. 

WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES, IF YOU NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE OR A DIFFERENT ITEM; PLEASE PLACE A NEW ORDER!

Refund Type: Refund to the original form of payment will be issued.

Returns will not be accepted if the merchandise is not received in Brand New, Unworn Condition.

Heels N Spurs will not issue a credit for returns after the specified date.

Again, please do not return sale items.

Note all footwear must be in it's original box, and placed inside another box for return. No labels or tape may be attached to the boot/shoe box.

SHIPPING INFO ~

Heels N Spurs WILL NOT assume responsibility for invalid information given by the customer and any additional shipping fees due to this will be the customer's responsibility.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows "delivered" and you have not received your package, Heels N Spurs IS NOT responsible.

Defective Items: if you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by email OR call us within three days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions.
